An update has been made in the story of former WWE Tough Enough competitor Sara Lee’s death in October.
According to a recent report from TMZ, the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s office has ruled Lee’s cause of death suicide. In the autopsy report, the office noted evidence including “letters of intent at the scene.”
Lee passed away in October 2022 at the age of 30. Lee won WWE’s Tough Enough — a reality competition series that followed people competing for a contract with WWE — during its sixth season in 2015. She earned a one-year WWE contract, but her career didn’t last long after the deal.
Lee was married to WWE wrestler Westin Blake (formerly known as Wesley Blake) and had three children together.
