The third season of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan starring John Krasinski will release on Blu-Ray and DVD on September 26 2023, Paramount has announced.
The season will also be available for purchase on 4K UHD, which will be manufactured on demand.
“In Season 3 of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, Jack (four-time Emmy Award Nominee John Krasinski) races against time and across Europe to stop a rogue faction within the Russian government from restoring the Soviet Empire and starting World War III,” the official logline for the season reads. “Also starring Wendall Price (The Wire), Nina Hoss (The Contractor), Betty Gabriel (Get Out), and Emmy Award Nominee Michael Kelly (House of Cards).”
Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan Is Coming to Its End
Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan premiered on Amazon Prime Video in Aug. 2018. Created by Carlton Case and Graham Roland, the series is based on characters originally created by author Tom Clancy. Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan stars Krasinski as the titular veteran and CIA analyst who leaves his desk job behind after returning to the field.
Prior to Krasinski, the character has also been played by Alec Baldwin in 1990’s The Hunt for Red October, Harrison Ford in 1992’s Patriot Games and 1994’s Clear and Present Danger, Ben Affleck in 2002’s The Sum of All Fears, and Chris Pine in 2014’s Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit.
The second season of Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan followed in 2019 before the third season then premiered in 2022. Amazon renewed the series for a fourth and final season in May 2022, which then premiered on June 30, 2023.
A spin-off series starring Michael Peña’s character, Ding Chavez, is also currently in development from Amazon.
