How many episodes are in Foundation Season 2?
Foundation Season 2 will have 10 episodes. The first episode will premiere on July 14, 2023, which is a Friday. Subsequent episodes will then be released every Friday until September 15, 2023.
Foundation Season 2 will pick up 100 years following the events of Foundation Season 1. It will focus on a vengeful queen who tries to take down the Galactic Empire from within. Season 2 will also see Hari, Gaal, and Salvor encounter and fight powerful beings known as the Mentalics, who possess psionic abilities.
The main cast of Foundation includes Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell, Leah Harvey, Laura Birn, Terrence Mann, and Chipo Chung. The supporting cast includes Alfred Enoch, Reece Shearsmith, Sasha Behar, Kubbra Sait, Elliot Cowan, and Mido Hamada. Alexander Siddig and Ian McNeice make guest appearances in the series.
When do new Foundation episodes come out?
All episodes of Foundation season 1 are currently available to watch on Apple TV+. New episodes will be released every Friday from July 14 to September 15, 2023. Foundation Season 3 has also started filming and will take place in the Summer and Fall of 2023. However, there is no release date for Season 3 yet.

“More than a century after the season one finale, tension mounts throughout the galaxy in Foundation season two,” reads the synopsis. “As the Cleons unravel, a vengeful queen plots to destroy the Empire from within.
