The Boogeyman can be in your home in time for Halloween as the Stephen King adaptation’s home release date for digital and Blu-Ray has been revealed.
The 2023 supernatural thriller is directed by Rob Savage whose previous works include pandemic-set found footage hit Host and stars Yellowjackets‘ Sophie Thatcher, Birds of Prey‘s Chris Messina, and The Suicide Squad‘s Dave Dastmalchian. It sees a therapist father and his two daughters tormented by a horrifying entity one of his patients brings into their home.
The Boogeyman Home Release Date
The film will come to digital platforms, including Prime Video, Fandango/Vudu, and Apple TV on August 29. The DVD and Blu-Ray release is a bit further out, however, as physical releases will be coming October 10.
The Boogeyman‘s home release also comes with a couple of extras in the form of outtakes and a featurette titled “‘”Into the Darkness” that sees cast and crew discussing making the film.
