The Fast X Peacock release date has been set for the latest and most explosive entry in the Fast & Furious film series.
What is the Fast X release date?
Fast X is set to debut on Peacock on Friday, September 15. The tenth Fast & Furious movie originally released in theaters on May 19, 2023 and featured Jason Momoa as the charismatic villain Dante Reyes. Another film in the series featuring Momoa and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was announced in June.
“Over many missions and against impossible odds, Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his family have outsmarted, out-nerved and outdriven every foe in their path,” reads the film’s synopsis. “Now, they confront the most lethal opponent they’ve ever faced: A terrifying threat emerging from the shadows of the past who’s fueled by blood revenge and who is determined to shatter this family and destroy everything — and everyone — that Dom loves, forever.”
The sequel stars Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, Sung Kang, John Cena, Jason Statham, and Scott Eastwood, who reprise their respective roles in the film. The tenth installment also features the additions of franchise newcomers Jason Momoa, Daniela Melchior, Brie Larson, and Alan Ritchson.
Fast X was directed by Transporter director Louis Leterrier, who will also return for the series’ final installment. The film was written by Lin and Dan Mazeau, with Lin still attached as a producer.
