The freshman season of Dark Winds will be available on Max as part of the schedule for August 28-September 3.
Starting Friday, September 1, Max subscribers can watch the appreciated Dark Winds series on their favorite streamer. The show is part of a special deal Max has with AMC that includes seven riveting series from AMC Plus. Fans have 60 days to watch some acclaimed shows like Fear The Walking Dead, Gangs of London, Killing Eve, and more AMC+ content on Max.
Created by Graham Roland, Dark Winds is the live-action adaptation of the Leaphorn & Chee novel series by Tony Hillerman. The show revolves around Lieutenant Joe Leaphorn (Zahn McClarnon) and Officer Jim Chee (Kiowa Gordon), who solve crimes within the Navajo Nation. The series also stars Jessica Matten, Deanna Allison, Rainn Wilson, Elva Guerra, Jeremiah Bitsui, Eugene Brave Rock, Noah Emmerich, and Nicholas Logan, among others.
