Billions Season 8 Release Date Rumors: Is It Coming Out?

Fans are curious about the Billions Season 8 release date, with the seventh season set to conclude on October 29, 2023. Viewers of the television drama series are wondering whether or not there will be an eighth season and if they will see Chuck Rhoades and Bobby Axelrod continue their cat-and-mouse game.

Is there a Billions Season 8 release date?

Billions Season 8 does not have a release date, as it will not be happening. SHOWTIME confirmed ahead of the seventh season’s renewal that it would be the final season of the series, which is available to stream on Paramount+.

However, Billions showrunners Brian Koppelman and David Levien have announced that they are working on four new spin-off shows set in the world of Billions. One of the shows, which does not have an official name at the time of writing but is known colloquially as Billions: Miami, will revolve around the topics of private aviation and Miami’s growing cryptocurrency culture. Billions: Miami will also likely be the first of the spin-off shows to hit the small screen, as Koppelman and Levien have confirmed that they have begun the writing process for it.

Billions stars Damian Lewis as Bobby “Axe” Axelrod and Paul Giamatti as Charles “Chuck” Rhoades Jr.. Other cast members include Maggie Siff as Wendy Rhoades, David Costabile as Michael “Wags” Wagner, Condola Rashad as Kate Sacker, Toby Leonard Moore as Bryan Connerty, Asia Kate Dillon as Taylor Mason, Daniel K. Isaac as Ben Kim, and Jeffrey DeMunn as Charles Rhoades Sr., among other cast members.
