Reggie Star is one of the many jujutsu sorcerers who were reincarnated from the past. He had his own group of sorcerers during the Culling Game arc. Megumi Fushiguro defeated him. Meanwhile, Chizuru Hari was another jujutsu sorcerer who was part of Reggie’s group. Megumi also defeated him.
Ryu Ishigori was incarnated 400 years ago by Kenjaku to join the Culling Game. Yuta Okkotsu defeats him in his battle against him and Takako Uro. Dhruv Lakdawalla was also incarnated by Kenjaku and met his end at the hands of Okkotsu.
Tsumiki Fushiguro is Megumi’s older step-sister. Kenjaku chose her to be part of the Culling Game. She also became the incarnated host of Yorozu, a jujutsu sorcerer who had an obsession with Sukuna from a thousand years ago. Sukuna targeted Tsumiki after he took over Megumi’s body. Kurourushi is a special-grade cockroach cursed spirit. Kenjaku used Cursed Spirit Manipulation to have Kurourushi join the Culling Game. Okkotsu was the one who defeated it.
Meanwhile, Naoya momentarily comes back as a vengeful cursed spirit. He ends up fighting against Maki Zenin, Noritoshi Kamo, Hagane Daido, and Rokujushi Miyo. Ultimately, Maki lands the final blows on him.
