John Kramer makes it clear that in Parker and Cecilia’s game, only one of them can survive. When Cecilia kills Parker, it’s clear that she is the victor and John Kramer leaves her.

As seen with Diego Cortez, who manages to survive his game, John Kramer honors the rules. If someone is able to win a game, they have earned their life. Cecilia successfully wins her game and so, in John’s eyes, deserves a second chance.
However, with just how evil Cecilia proves to be, we’ll likely see her again. With Amanda clearly despising her and Mark Hoffman back to assist Jigsaw, it’s easy to imagine Cecilia being caught up in a new trap in a potential sequel.
For now, however, Cecilia has survived the events of Saw X. This movie takes place between the original Saw and Saw 2. Since Cecilia is never mentioned in the future movies, it’s very possible that she dies before Saw 2, perhaps in the potential sequel to Saw X. Of course, with Saw X having only just released, we’ll likely have to wait a while before hearing about any new movies.
